Our client is looking for a Section manager in the fraud prevention department to manage a team of 20 people in a call center environment. Very possible that the department is composed of unionized employees.

Functions:

Assure with their administrative unit that follow ups, action plans are aligned with the strategic values of the company and are comparable to the other administrative units in a management performance context
Instate management and communication practices favoring changes, attraction and talent retention as well as knowledge development, mobilization and diversity and this in aligned with the company's values.
Is responsible for managing a Prevention and authorization team that is dedicated to the complete portfolio of product and services in financing, customer satisfaction and the attainment of business development goals
Is also responsible for the performance of the portfolio, advise agents on the techniques to better perform, customer service, the various products and services and ensure the motivation of the employees in order to achieve the goals of performance which they are responsible for.
Recommand and/or carries out action plans allowing in order to reach objectives, improves the performance of service, maximizes the results of sale and optimizes operational effectiveness.
Capable to question the ways of doing with the management of the desired changes, ensure to clarify and simplify the processes of work of businesses.
Able to work on time schedule ( noon to 8:00 PM, or 8:00 to 4:00 PM and tuesday to saturday or sunday to thursday).

Job Requirements:

Academic *Bachelor in administration *Other academic combination with work experience could be considered
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2 years experience in a related field
  Strategic leadership skills, results and relationship oriented
Demonstrates strong human resources values
