Company Profile:

Our client leases coin and smart card operated machines to multi unit buildings and is looking for an Account Manager to cover Quebec but it will be primarily Montreal and its surroundings. We are looking for someone with strong new business development skills ie opening and selling new accounts. The Leasing account manager will report to the Branch Manager of the Montreal office.

Functions:

Identify prospects for leasing, develop them and promote value
Make in person presentations to owners/property management companies
Negotiate win-win deals with our customers
Network in an effort to generate business
Attend trade shows and represent our company
Negotiate long term agreements with customers
Help maintain a high retention rate of customers
Contact customers prior to their term coming due
Renew customer contracts as they come due
Maintain open lines of communication between all departments within our company

Job Requirements:

Academic *Preferably a bachelor's degree in Commerce
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience At least 2 to 3 years on the road experience
  Looking for someone who can sell a service/concept
You need to be trustworthy
Looking for someone who wants to make a long term investment
Succession plan (looking for someone with leadership skills)
Must be comfortable with math and calculations
Must be able to sell value
