Job Description:

Profile: Our client offers translation and localization services to companies in  several  industries. They are expanding and they are looking for a business development representative  for their  Montreal office who will be responsible for the US  territory.  We want to hire dynamic person, with an adaptable attitude who is not scared  to develop  over the phone.

Salary: $40 000

Commissions/Bonus: $8 000  Uncapped commissions

Car allowance: NA

Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses will be reimbursed by the employer

Other Benefits: Full insurance, 50% paid by the employer

Functions:

Develop and consolidate a customer base using techniques such as mass cold calls, social media optimization, email follow ups and more

Develop new markets and new accounts over the phone and face to face

Answers quotation requests via their web platform

Create their own contacts while boosting the contact base provided by the employer, as well as qualifying prospects

Provide follow-up by phone / e-mail and in person regarding quotes

Languages: English (written and spoken)

Education: A bachelor's degree will be highly considered

Training: Full training will be provided by the employer

Years’ of experience:  2 years  in a business development position

Other requirements:

Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes

Knowledge of technology, Office Suite and Salesforce

Must be self-motivated and comfortable working with little supervision

Transferable Knowledge: Knowledge in the field of translation will be an asset
