Functions:

The sales manager need to effectively read through his sales professionnal target list of customers. Where the individual is at risk, he needs to address it quickly and take corrective action when required. The individual have demonstrated great ability in getting his team commitment towards revenue goal.
This candidate need to be extremely focused on monthly revenue quotas. This person needs to spend most of his time on the road with his sales professionnal in order to support, coach and guide them when needed.

Job Requirements:

Academic College or University degree.
Languages Bilingual, both written and spoken (French and English).
Experience The candidate must have managed a sales team for, at least, the past 3 years. Your experience needs to come from a fast paste environment.
  Canadidate must have demonstrated great leadership and capability to give direction to his team. The ideal person needs to be self motivated, autonomous and dedicated to his team and customers. Finally, this person has always achieved the outlined plan in his previous roles.
