Profile: Our client; a start-up, sells business services to real estate owners and is looking for a business development rep who can cold call owners and sell this service. Your role will be to build a database, make business presentations and sell our services. You will have a good understanding of real estate, skills in cold calling and strong organisational skills. The person we seek is available now and not afraid of rolling up the sleeves to help grow the organisation.

  • Promote our services to residential real estate owners of multi-units
  • Build a strategic plan to build a prospect list
  • Build a target list for cold calls
  • Plan and organize information sessions
  • Participate in strategic advertising plan and the development of promotional items
  • Produce reports detailing your prospection
  • Promote the company's visibility by attending trade shows
  • Develop and manage a network within the industry
