Profile: Our client is in the industrial packaging sector and is looking for an inside sales representative to manage and sell in the Canadian and U.S territory. Your role will be to increase sales, manage existing accounts and develop new accounts. You must have sold in the industrial market and be quick-witted.

Maintain and develop business relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve predetermined sales targets with acceptable margin.
Generate quotas that meet customer and organizational requirements.
Manage and resolve customer issues to their satisfaction.
Provide a high level of service to your customers.
Work in collaboration with several internal departments.
Responsible for cross-selling, increase sales and GP within existing accounts and new accounts.
Develop and implement action plans in order to optimize sales and provide complete adapted solutions to clients need
