Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of lighting products that is sold worldwide. This newly created position is for a Manager of Major accounts who will expand and develop their channels across the US and globally. The role is to develop business opportunities and close sales. You must be comfortable selling ROI to customers.

Functions:

Participate in setting annual/long-term corporate objectives and marketing plans; -Monthly reporting through CRM Software -Implementation of pricing policies and rate structures
Develop new business opportunities, -Monitoring of key performance expectations; -Participate in industry conferences, representing the company in various associations and maintaining a strong network of industry contacts
Participate actively in major contract negotiations and closings; -Work closely with the Sales team of 4, developing effective sales tools for internal sales team
Ensure streamlined and timely monthly reporting on sales activities by region/sales representative, pricing strategy, competition, new business and industry trends -Successfully lead internal pursuit teams and subject matter experts to coordinate business development functions

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in business, or related field (considered an asset)
Languages Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (intermediary level)
Experience 5 years of experience in Sales in a Managing Position in lighting (considered an asset)
  A team player, and the desire to learn -Business-minded, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
