Our client is a leading mechanical contracting firm specialized in industrial and commercial services. They are seeking a Sales Representative to join their progressive and dynamic team.

Functions:

Study and apply pre-established corporate procedures
Plan your sales activities in function of the company's target goals
Identify new business opportunities and grow your portfolio of clients
Prospect via telephone
Qualify your leads to determine if there is potential business to be made in order to maximise your sales efforts
Promote our services, define client needs, and propose appropriate solutions
Report on client equipment. You will sometimes need to access customer roof tops to do so.
Prepare and submit proposals to clients
Follow up on all client requests as per company policy
Maintain strong business relationships
Offer support to the other members in your team
Communicate with existing clientele for renewal of maintenance contracts when needed

Job Requirements:

Academic Post secondary education or university degree preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 to 5 years of sales experience in B2B services
  Good knowledge of the sales process
Have a thirst for knowledge
Excellent negotiation, priority and time management skills
Be a team player
