Make regular sales calls with the Account Managers within their team to the identified key and target accounts for the purpose of reviewing their office products needs and assessing the quality of our service to them.
Coach and guide Account Managers in various problem-solving situations to help them develop their skills and maximize their sales.
Review, process, and approve business plans/proposals by Account Managers.
Maintain customer files and spec pricing to monitor commercial sales activities.
Develop, present, and implement business strategies to increase sales and profits from specific customers on a regular basis.
Review monthly reports from Account Managers to assist in preparation of monthly business reports.
Participate on special project committees and attend to requests from customers and/or associates as required.
Attend management meetings to learn about new initiatives and contribute to the process.
Prepare and lead monthly sales meetings to motivate and educate team account managers.
Review and revise as appropriate the annual business plans of each of the team Account Managers.

Job Requirements:

Academic A minimum of 3 years College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration / Marketing.
Languages * Excellent french level, written and spoken. * Functional english level, written and spoken.
Experience At least 5 years experience in strategic sales, and a solid working knowledge of the office supplies industry, is desired.
  Must be a highly organized, self-motivated, goal-oriented leader with excellent people management and communication skills.
A team player with excellent knowledge of product categories, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
