Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a manufacturer ad is looking to hire a technical customer service rep to receive calls, propose and quote them and ensure great customer service.You will have a general comprehension of industrial applications, gear boxes, motors and electronics. You will also need to input into SAP, use our quoting system and ensure delivery of products. You must be comfortable with the different software used in the process. **Please note that we need an English resume.**

Territory: Montreal and surroundings

Salary: $55,000-$65,000

Commissions/Bonus: After year one, 8% bonus based on both individual and company results

Training: 6 weeks intensive training provided + ongoing training

Years’ of experience: 2 years' customer service experience needed
