Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of building materials sold to wholesalers, retailers, contractors, specialized boutiques and architects and designers. They are looking to hire a customer service representative to answer clients needs and requests. You will work in a great work environment for a growing company with  a nice culture.

Territory: Canada and US

Work Place: Montreal or Three Rivers

Products/Services: High-end building materials

Salary:  $40 000

Commissions/Bonus: N/A

Develop and maintain relationships with clients

Answer existing  customers  technical inquiries

Receive and process customers' requests in the CRM

Address and resolve customer  needs in a timely manner

Answer to large  quantity of incoming customers calls daily

Work closely with various departments to ensure superior  customer service

Work in collaboration with the outside sales representatives

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: 0% VS 100%

Road vs Office: 0% VS 100%

Languages: Perfectly fluent English and French

Education: DEC or equivalent experience required

Training: On the job training provided

Overnight Travel: N/A

Years of experience: 1 to 2 years' experience in a  customer service role (inbound calls)

Other requirements:

- Proactive

-Dynamic personality

-Hands on  knowledge of the technical skills involved is an asset

-Able to manage urgent situations efficiently.
