Profile: Our client is specialized in the food services and is looking for a Communication & Marketing Manager to assist the Marketing Director in his effort to reinforce the growth strategy. Your role will be to jointly design and implement a strategic plan and a communication strategy to increase the brand awareness and to strengthen the relationship with their customers and business partners. Salary: $53,000—$60,000

  • Supervise and direct the workflow of marketing, advertising or public relations specialists by assigning job tasks
  • Facilitating interdepartmental communications and managing external communications
  • Understand and identify customers buying incentives
  • Participate in the elaboration of the brand global strategy
  • Manage social media and digital presence
  • Develop and support the collaboration with external and internal partners
  • Elaborate a media plan and a public relations strategy
  • Manage a marketing coordinator

Job Requirements:

Languages: French and English (bilingual)

Education: University diploma in Communication, Marketing or Business

Training: Onboarding program and on the job training, although experience is required

Overnight Travel: Very little overnight required

Years of experience: 5–8 years of solid experience is required

Other requirements:

  • Experience in food services, consumer goods or retail is prefered
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Creativity, attention to detail, organizational and entrepreneurial skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team and client oriented
  • Highly professional and ethical individual
