Job Description:

Profile:  Our client is an SMB, manufacturer of kitchen products,  who has experienced and explosive growth within the last few years. They  need to grow the team to keep up with the market demands, and that's why they are looking for an internal sales coordinator to assist the outside sales team. They sold to the retail markets across the world. You will join a company with a great corporate culture, where employees have a voice and a lot of importance.

Territory: Canada and USA

Work Place: South Shore of Montreal

Products/Services:  Kitchen products

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000

Commissions/Bonus: TBD

Assist and support the sales team with any demands

Provide information to customers if required

Evaluate and establish delivery dates

Submit orders and make arrangements to ensure customers needs

Provide after-sales services to customers if required

Ensure bids and orders are completed according to the specific and particular request

Work in collaboration with many departments such as the shipping, the president, the sales director and the customer service department

Work  closely with the  warehouse to make sure there is no back order

Manage and keep the information updated on several platforms

Languages: Bilingual (French and English)

Education: Post-secondary diploma is required

Training: Training will be provided on the job

Years’ of experience: 2 to 3 years experience in a similar job
