Functions:

Reporting directly to the President
Conceive, execute and manage the sales plan;
Provide accurate revenue and product forecasting and pipeline management;
Be responsible for the growth and territory plan ; the annual budget and assist with the generation of a five year plan;
Establish a culture of activity management;
Manage the North America Sales Team : 3 Sales Manager (1 in Canada, 2 in U.S.A.) and 18 Sales Representative (within 1 or 2 hiring to do);
Identify new opportunities and develop plans to exploit;
Establish relationships, along with account owners, with key accounts;
Coordinate efforts with marketing team;
Contribute to a high performance sales culture.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor’s degree in business
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 to 10 years in a senior sales management role ideally in a large industrial SMB. Has manage sales manager or large sales team in the past.
  Ability to inspire and lead
Activity oriented (short sales cycle, on the road,...)
