Job Description:

Our client is a manufacturer of consumer goods and a large part of their sales are done to the United States. We are looking for a National sales Manager who will manage a combination of direct sales people, sales agents and their most major accounts.

Commissions: $20,000-$25,000 paid semi annually

Car allowance : km reimbursement

Expenses reimbursement: All travel related expenses reimbursed

Benefits: Life, medical and dental provided and at a shared cost of 50%

Development vs Maintenance: 50% vs 50%

Road vs Office : 60% vs 40%

Languages: French and English needed with a strong command of English

Training: Provided on the job

Functions:

Create,manage and execute plans to increase sales


Train and motivate your sales people

Plan and develop KPIs from which to judge your sales team


Use online tools to analyze the business, then act on them

Build and implement sales strategies


Assist sales reps on the road

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in business would be an asset

Overnight Travel : 50% overnight to the US required

Number of years experience:  A minimum of 5 years managing an outside sales team required

Other requirements:

You can mobilize your team

Strong supporter of your sales people ie in front of customers with them on a regular basis

You are strong in managing our biggest most important clients
