Company Profile:

Our client is a European provider of software and has created a new position in Montreal to support sales people across Canada. Your role will be to support, coach and help to advance the sales cycle of the reps. This is a proactive role where you will be working with sales and marketing to identify market segments. You will be "hands on" and will ensure full delivery of the solution to the customer.

Functions:

Generate revenue by providing pre-sales support for our Software solutions. Document business requirements using the agreed processes in accordance with customer expectation and provide the “road map” to implement the final solutions.
Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet required deadlines. Provide weekly reporting in an agreed format
Support with product knowledge/training where appropriate Organize lunch and learns and other manners of training and coaching of sales people
Act as “voice of the customer” passing back requests to company to stimulate future product development.

Job Requirements:

Academic A Degree in a relevant field (IT) or equivalent certifications/experience required
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2-3 years of software configuration experience with exposure to software/solution pre-sales
  Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet required deadlines High degree of time management skills and understanding of prioritization. Flexible approach on planning & scheduling travel to support the business needs.
