Company Profile:

Our client is the manufacturer of specialized vehicules destined for the governement/military market. This new role has been created to educate our clients on our products and determine their needs so that we can adjust, if need be. You are someone who has contacts within the military or are ex-military and has contacts within the different government departments.

Functions:

Meet or exceed sales objective for assigned territory through direct and dealer channels;
Prepare written presentations, reports and price quotations
Participate in negotiation of government agency contracts;
Conduct customer education and product information meetings
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and markets for all commodities;
Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows
Maintain customer profiles and files;
Communicate competitive information to corporate marketing

Job Requirements:

Academic Educational requirements of a 4 year college degree in business administration or related field
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Fifteen years of related work experience
  Deep understanding of the government contracting process Persuade and negotiate effectively;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Disciplined professional;
Assertiveness, confidence and the ability to react quickly and make well throughout strategic business decisions.
