Functions:

The major account manager Indoor Sales role is responsible for establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships, over the telephone, with Local major account manager, National account , Global Account and multi-country customers, within their portfolio, in order to achieve the profitable growth of each of these customers. This growth will be achieved through the winning, keeping and developing of all local major account manager opportunities whit supporting the development of National major accounts, Global Account and multi- country customers existing and prospect.
Assists the major account Manager with the research of local market by calling customers with existing or prospect major account opportunities.
Books 10 appointments per week for their Outside Major Account Representative (2) / Team quota: sells 5 new accounts per Major Account Representative.
Provides customer information to enable the MA Manager with development of customer action plans for each existing and prospect major account within their portfolio.
Provides customer information for regular reviews and updates of customer action plans to reflect any changes (positive or negative).
Identifies and support new and existing business opportunities/solutions (including corrective action plans) with major account customer within their portfolio over the telephone.
Supports new and existing business opportunities/solutions (including corrective action plans) for child accounts linked to National, GAM and multi-country major account within their portfolio.
Forms professional and appropriate relationships at senior level in existing and prospect major account customers within their portfolio over the telephone.
Provides administrative support to the MA Manager with all issues relating to the major account customers within the portfolio, e.g. creation and sending of customer communications, checking reports, etc…

Job Requirements:

Academic * College degree in related field preferred.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of three (3) years of B2B sales experience in an internal position.
Experience in major accounts.
Industry (courrier or transportation) knowledge and / or experience would be a huge asset.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
