Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of industrial equipment and they are expanding to the US and needs a business development manager who can build the network of distributors. Your role will be to establish the sales strategy, identify suitable distributors and support them by training and providing ongoing support.

Functions:

Develop and execute a sales strategy for distributors in the US -Analyze the market conditions
Accelerate our growth in the US by accompanying your distributors and their sales people -Build solid relationships with distributor principals
Lead the team to select and implement a CRM -Spearhead the successful use of the CRM
Articulate the needs of our company to our partners -Monitor and analyze sales results and change where needed

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 15 years experience in industrial sales especially managing a distribution network
  You are an expert in industrial goods -You have extensive experience setting goals and plans -You can quickly identify which segments to pursue -You can work at ease with marketing and operations
