Company Profile:

Our client is the provider of professional services and is looking for a Vice President of business development. As VP, you will manage a small team of 5 and be actively involved in business development and the management of the team.

Functions:

Establish the strategies and sales plan to tackle the Quebec and perhaps Ontario market -Assist clients in the establishment of their priorities and needs
Work hand in hand with operations and IT to develop potential solutions and to put together proposals for both existing and new clients -Prepare client contracts and manage the approval and customer signing process
Work closely with the VP operations to ensure the organic growth of existing business -Oversee the sales team in identifying strategies and sales approaches to potential and existing customers.
Organize customer meetings and presentations / demonstrations; -Analyze, explore and execute the marketing of new products and services

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Between 10 and 15 years experience in business development
  Great business acumen -Strong team management skills -Ability to set strategies and goals -Proven track record in new business development
