Company Profile:

Our client is a long-standing manufacturer and distributor of paint applicators.

Functions:

- Help build the brand across Canada. - Identifying sales opportunities and executing them yourself. - Work hand in hand with the company Vice President to determine strategy.
- Revenue growth from new accounts. - Revenue growth from some existing accounts. - Develop relationships with key customers and decision makers.
- Education of client base as to our product offering. - Perform market analysis. - Identify strategies for penetration into major accounts and execute.
- Sales forecasting. - Develop sales presentations. - Negotiations at the head office and store level.

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree minimum but a Bachelor's degree would be an asset.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience - Minimum of 10 years sales experience. - Prior experience in selling to hardware retailers. - Prior selling experience within paint applicators, paint brushes and paint accessories industry would be an asset. - Demonstrated success in a prior position.
  - Strong closing skills. - Strong negotiations skills. - Excellent presentation skills. - Strong networking abilities.
