Our client is an international leader in software solutions at the enterprise level. They have recently implemented a new SAAS division targeting SMB's across the globe and need someone to lead and grow the team and department. Applicants must have a proven track record in SAAS sales as well as experience and interest in selling within an inside sales role. This is a player/coach role as you will be selling and managing.This is a highly entrepreneurial environment where you will roll up your sleaves and help get things done.

Functions:

Increase SAAS revenue from new and existing accounts across all channels and target markets
Define and implement a SAAS sales process including metrics to track progress towards revenue goals.
Build a sales pipeline and track sales forecast to ensure acheivement of revenue goals
Build, lead, mentor and coach the Inside Sales Team
Monitor and lead all sales activities, and assume full responsibility to drive all opportunities and close deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to identify SAAS opportunities, markets, and product needs.

Job Requirements:

Academic *Post secondary studies preferred
Languages Strong spoken and written English Skills, French an asset
Experience 3 to 5 years SAAS sales experience
Inside Sales Experience
  Can do attitude
Ability to work with little pre-set structure
Leadership skills
Proven track record in SAAS sales
Ability to lead an Inside Sales team.
