Company Profile:

Our client is a Montreal based company specialized in different software solutions. This software is targeted to financial decision makers such as CFOs, VP finance and Credit Managers. They target companies with $50 to $500 millions in revenue located in the Ontario market.

Functions:

Generate and qualify own leads through cold calling activities and networking.
Complete sales cycle through to closing.
Participate in regular sales forecasting meetings and account planning activities.
Must be able to seek out business applications with client rather than IT applications.
Perform on-site visits within the different departments to determine the different business needs and assists.
Participate in the completion, submission, and follow through of RFP's, RFI's and proposals.
Reps receive significant support from VP of Sales and President who can assist on high level sales calls.
Reps must be business people as the sale is done to the functional head rather than to the IT department.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree preferred.
Languages Excellent English written and spoken.
Experience Minimum of 5 years experience in sales of sophisticated, complex software solutions.
Proven track record of successful selling.
Experience in complex sales cycle-selling of 3 to 6 months to multiple levels of an organization within the Ontario market.
  Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity.
Maturity to interface and deal with senior executives.
Proven ability to self-manage against a set of defined goals and objectives.
Enthusiastic.
Must want to be part of a fast-moving industry.
