Our client is a well known and major telecom player which offers an advanced and comprehensive combination of network services and custom solutions available in the world today.

Functions:

The primary goal of the Account manager will be to establish new business relationships and drive net new revenue from one major account.
The Account Manager will be focused on driving net new revenue and opportunities by expanding the major account's internal use of our client's service portfolio.
The Account Manager will support our client and several of their major accounts by educating them on our offer for their internal use and jointly with their customers.
In particular, the Account Manager will also drive new revenue from the major account's external and commercial clients.
The Account Manager will work to position our client's portfolio with the major account's sales organization to jointly drive Canada, US and rest of the world opportunities.
The Account Manager will sell in a complex organization structure with interface to the major account's Sales Vice Presidents, technical teams and procurement departments.
The Account Manager will work in a matrix environment externally with product/offer teams and customer care and externally with customers and other vendors to propose executive solutions.
The Account Manager will position and sell the full portfolio of our client under the major account's contract including both managed, connectivity and custom services.
The Account Manager will set the account plan, forecasts revenue stream, directs account strategy and executes account strategy for the major account.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor’s Degree.
Languages * Excellent English written and oral communications skills. * French would be an asset.
Experience Minimum 10 years overall experience in direct sales (with 3 of those years leading a territory with revenue over $10M, resulting in a successful track record of selling, growing, and account management).
Experience in complex selling.
  Must be highly strategic.
Must have experience selling to the "C" suite and being comfortable at that.
