Company Profile:

Our client is in the financial services industry and is looking for an internal sales recruiter. Your job will be to source great inside and outside sales reps. You will use Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media to find sales people. You will interview them, then work with the National Sales Manager to hire then help train them. You are used to dealing with and sourcing sales people.

Functions:

Source active and passive candidates from various resources, including employee referrals and internet job boards. -Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions
Prepare candidates for the client interview process -Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to determine if candidates are a ‘fit’ for the position and establish interest.
Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate contract terms -Partner with National Sales Manager to understand customer requirements and match the best possible candidate for those requirements.
Prepare and communicate job descriptions and job offers to selected candidates -Conduct skills testing, office interviews, reference checks and background investigations

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree or equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 2 years in a similar position
  Energetic -Passionate -You love dealing with people especially sales people
