Job Description:

Profile: Our client offers fire and alarm protection solutions to commercial clients and is looking for a Regional Sales manager who will be in charge of managing a team of 10 sales people. Your role will be to lead this team and ensure the sales strategies are followed. You will be in charge of coaching, leading and guiding your team to meet company set KPIs and guidelines. Salary: $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience

Commissions/Bonus: Monthly and quarterly bonus = $40,000 annually

Car allowance: Company car provided

  • Support and assist team members with clientele
  • Develop and follow a sales strategy to grow customer base and grow wallet size of customers
  • Manage individual performances of team members using sales matrices
  • Provide leadership while on the road with reps
  • Manage your sales budget
  • Support the operations team on customer installations
  • Manage relationships with the different suppliers

Development vs Maintenance:60% vs 40%

Road vs Office: 50% vs 50%

Languages: French and English (written and spoken)

Education: College degree or equivalent experience needed

Training: Full training provided but must come from the industry

Overnight Travel: Less than 15% overnight travel required

Years’ of experience: At least 5 years experience leading a sales team needed

Other requirements: Industry experience required
