Functions:

Developing your personal network in order to generate business opportunities. Cold call on new residential and commercial customers. More than 80% of the leads are provided by the employer, but you will have to prequalified these customers before meeting them. Target audiences : Majority of residentials clients, also some designers, architects, general builders.
Meet a minimum target revenue of 300 000$ to 400 000$ the first year and 500 000$ to 600 000$ the next years. An average sale normally turn around 5000$.
Meet pre-qualified client in their home to mesure client closets / home / office / garage in order to design custom storage solutions using a computerized program. When not on the road, meet clients in our showroom. Visit construction site, when required. The average duration of a meeting is around 2 to 3 hours, after the first meet it have only few modifications.
Participation and preparation for different exhibitions, as "Salon national de l'habitation de Montréal" in March 2006.

Job Requirements:

Academic The candidate must possess at least a Cegep diploma (D.E.C.).
Languages Fluently bilingual written and spoken (french and english)
Experience The candidat must have a minimum of 2-3 years of consumers sales experience (B2C).
  Own a car (kilometres reimbursed) The schedule flexibility will be a key element in the achievement of your sales objectives, it could be possible that you had to meet some clients by evening and week-ends days. But, you will stay the master of your schedule.
