Our client is an international leader manufacturing recreational equipment solutions for the municipal and commercial markets. Their expansion has them seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to support a multidisciplinary team by driving marketing activities with regards to their business development efforts

Functions:

Supports the business development efforts of the business unit by qualifying leads by phone through questioning and an engaging dialogue; - Converts potential business leads into sales opportunities by scheduling appointments between the company’s Sales Representatives and prospects;
Researches markets within business unit to gain knowledge on their specificities; - Supports in the execution of lead generating activities for the business unit;
Communicates with channel partners in their territory to keep them informed of specific events, projects and marketing-related initiatives; - Updates the business unit’s competitive information; - Provides channel partners with specific marketing materials as required;
Supports business unit in putting together high value proposals; - Represents our company when working with potential customers (municipalities, commercial, design, etc.) by providing accurate information on the company’s projects; - Understand the company’s products, potential project needs, market development strategy, industry, competition, etc. - Perform any other related duties.

Job Requirements:

Academic Post secondary education required; bachelors degree preferred
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) - Third language such as Spanish or Mandarin would be considered an asset
Experience Up to 2 years in a similar role
  Motivated positive attitude and open to change - Confident and high energy - Analytical and resourceful - Team player and customer oriented

Benefits:

Full benefits package in place; paid in part by employer - 2 weeks vacation + 5 personal days - Annual bonus is set at 10% of base salary
