Functions:

Moves business forward – achieves assigned sales targets above and beyond existing sales quotas in identified high potential healthcare organizations by:
?Creating strong long-term relationships with CEOs, Presidents and VPs; ?Evolving relationships into strategic partnerships; ?Moving clients from product purchasing to comprehension and buy-in of a complete solution - the Advanced Wound Management Strategic Partnership Program;
?Collaborating with the Regional Sales Managers and Business Managers on business proposals; ?Collaborating with the Sales team on the deployment of resources to support the identified high potential accounts; ?Leverages solutions across GBUs; ?Collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Executive Team to ensure a unified strategy, message, and image throughout the clients’ organizations;
?Networking effectively through the clients’ organizations to create S&N supporters, facilitating access to key influencers for the sales team through the Regional Sales Managers ?Bringing client committees and key decision makers together, influencing their direction and motivating them to take action; ?Having excellent knowledge of S&N product line; ?Gaining support through the use of non-traditional alliances and partnerships.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor degree
Languages Bilingualism (french & english), both spoken and written
Experience A minimum of ten (10) years experience calling at the CEO, President and VP level. Experience in sales within a health care environment an asset.
