Job Description:

Profile: Our client manufacturers a consumer product that is sold directly to pharmacists and is looking for a Sales Rep who would be responsible for selling into a defined territory to both existing accounts and finding new clients. Ideally you have experience selling to pharmacists and have strong hunting capabilities.

Salary: $58,000

Commissions/Bonus: $20,000 (uncapped)

Car allowance: $0.40/km

Expenses reimbursement: All expenses reimbursed

  • Learn company products fully
  • Introduce new products to your existing customer base  
  • Analyze territory
  • Create a target list of pharmacies in your industry not presently doing business with us
  • Call on non-clients, present products and answer their questions and concerns
  • Present and promote our products at the occasional  trade show
  • Generate leads and qualify them
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Submit weekly activity reports
  • Attend monthly and quarterly sales meetings
  • Supply management with timely information on your territory movement
  • Continuously improve through communication with management
  • Work hand in hand with inside sales/sales coordinator, logistics and operations

Languages: English

Education: Bachelor's degree in science

Training: Extensive product training given

Overnight Travel: Less than 10% overnight travel required

Years’ of experience: 5 years in business development

Other requirements: Highly professional, driven and strong communication skills
