Our customer is a distributor and manufacturer and is a leader in industrial products. They're currently searching for a Customer Service Representative with strong verbal and written communication skills to provide overall superior customer service to an existing base of about 150 customers and undertake the timely and accurate processing of customers' incoming calls.

Salary: $35,000.00 à $40,000.00
Work schedule from 7:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday
Benefits package after 3 months after start date.
Collective RRSP after 2 years.
Two (2) weeks of vacation plus 1 week between Christmas and New Year (company closed).
Develop and maintain relationships with accounts
Answer customers inquiries
Receive and process customers' requests
Address and resolve customer's inquiries in a timely manner
Answer to approximately 30 customers incoming calls per day
Work closely with various departments to ensure superior client service
Work in collaboration with the outside sales representatives

Languages: Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Education: College diploma or relevant experience
Training: 2 weeks of in-house training
Overnight Travel: N/A
Years’ of experience: Minimum 3 years industrial experience in an inside sales or customer service role
Must be a team player
Attentive to detail and accuracy
Ability to multi-task and handle high pressure situations
