Profile:  

Our client is one of the leaders in corporate language learning and is looking for account manager that will serve as the primary sales contact for the accounts and leads assigned to him or her. The account manager is expected to develop new business opportunities as we as build relationships with clients to create new and repeat business opportunities. The account manager must consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.

Functions:

  • Functions:
  • Cold calls: Identifying new business opportunities, initiating communication with decision makers to assess their needs and sell the company's services (minimum of 2 to 3 half days per week)
  • Participating in networking events and trade shows. Some events and shows may be held outside normal business hours (minimum of 12 per year)
  • Conducting needs analysis, successfully negotiate and close new accounts
  • Conduct reviews on all active accounts on regular basis
  • Communicating with clients HR department to coordinate language training contracts
  • Coordinating language level evaluations
  • Supervising creating groups according to levels and schedule requirements
  • Supervising the selection of appropriate instructors
  • Conducting quality control and if necessary communicating necessary adjustments to instructors
  • Providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a monthly basis.
  • Assisting accounting department in collection of late accounts
  • Creation of invoices and service contracts
  • Maintaining CRM up to date with all activity on accounts (calls, email communications and meetings)

Languages:Perfectly bilingual (excellent writing skills in french)   

Education:Undergraduate degree (preferably in business administration)

Training:On site training

Overnight Travel: Occasionally for networking events or trade shows

Years’ of experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a B2B sales position (selling a service)
