Functions:

The employee will report to the "Director Sales Output, Planification and Management" Manage technicians (3 full time and 2 part time) and act like a coach to assist the ongoing development of theirs skills.
Evaluate the market and recommand the daily price modifications. Supervise all the princing fluctuation activities at the loading ramps in Quebec and Ontario. Prepare the necessary economics analysis tools and evaluation / simulate the new pricing formula and contract renewal. Manage some major accounts.
Manage the fix and cap pricing program for resellers including the economic evaluation and the entail risk.
Daily control of growth sales volume. Manage the communication and relation with external agency. Answer to customer needs and solve problems mentionned by customers and account managers.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's in a relevant field (ex.business, management, marketing, etc.)
Languages Bilinguism oral & written (English & French)
Experience Minimun of 5 years experience in a pertinent field (ex. sales, marketing, customer service,etc) Experience in human resources management, a major asset
  Organizationnal and autonomy skills Abilities for negociation Customer oriented Work under pressure and respect deadlines Problem solver combined with analysis capabilities Advance knowledge of Microsoft MS Office suite Team oriented Dynamic

Benefits:
