Company Profile:

Our client is a manufacturer of power transmissions and is looking for a stellar Eastern Canada Territory Manager to sell to OEM accounts across Eastern Canada. Your role will be to develop 25-30 new OEM accounts. The role is mostly a business development role where you find the opportunities and develop them. The successful candidate excels in hunting and developing new accounts. You will also be asked to work with our distributors in your territory.

Functions:

Target and cultivate OEM and MRO prospective customers -Identify market requirements for current offerings and requirements for long term growth
Determine and act on a market strategy based on your specialized knowledge of our products -Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
You will be responsible for researching, identifying and approaching potential customers to offer a full range of products which include power transmissions and gears
Grow existing customer base -Develop distributors; work with them once you identify and develop the smaller deals

Job Requirements:

Academic Cegep education or equivalent work experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5-10 years experience selling to OEMs
  You are a self-starter -You have had previous experience and success selling to OEM's -You have contacts and are well known within the industry
