Job Description:

Our client is a well-established distributor of instrumentation, valves and regulators sold into industrial accounts such as the mining, pulp and paper and water filtration plants. We are looking for an inside sales coordinator who is technical in nature and able to handle customer calls for information and create and produce proposals.

Work Place: Montreal

Products/Services:  Instrumentation, valves and regulators

Salary: $50,000-$54,000

Commissions/Bonus: $5,000 annually

Car allowance: N/A

Expenses reimbursement: N/A

  • Schedule : 8:30am to 4:30pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm  (Monday to Friday)

Functions:

Functions:

  • You will be the first person of contact for their clients/receive calls from existing clients/customers
  • Provide technical assistance to clients and colleagues
  • Manage purchase orders  
  • Work closely with the administrative department
  • Prepare quotes
  • Take good care of new and existing clients
  • Provide excellent after-sales service
  • Work with contractors to assist them when they are bidding on projects

Education: Post secondary education preferred

Training: Full and detailed training provided

Years’ of experience: 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
