Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a manufacturer of construction and building materials and is looking for a professional to support the marketing coordinator in their efforts. Your role will be to manage the relationships with the professional members of their loyalty program. You must be resourceful, comfortable with numbers, Excel and be known for providing an excellent customer service.

Territory: Canada and the US

  • Management of the loyalty program
  • Manage the internal and external releases
  • Brand management  
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Verify the expenses accounts and marketing budget
  • Build presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Maintaining a relationship with the finance department
  • Support the marketing department in their efforts
  • Perform all administrative duties related to the role
  • Provide an excellent customer service to the subscribers

Languages: Bilingualism required (English and French)

Education: Post-secondary education

Years of experience: 2–3 years experience in a similar position

  • Must be proficient in using Excel
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Being comfortable with numbers is a requirement
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
