Company Profile:

Our client is a manufactuer of construction materials found in most homes. The franchise manager is responsible for identifying suitable candidates to become future owner of franchises in areas covered and work with them to ensure that contracts are executed.

Functions:

Provide training sessions to estimators and owners of new franchises, as needed.
Support the owners of franchises in the preparation of business plans and marketing.
Visit the franchisees to ensure they meet company standards, evaluate the operations of the franchise and help solve problems
Manage and coordinate the national programs
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotion for the territories referred, possibly including advertisements, implementation booths, seminars, exhibitions and other appropriate strategies.
Develop and maintain a system to prospect for new potential customers and establish a monitoring system.
Make an assessment of the potential customers based on specific criteria
Conduct meetings with potential customers at the factory, including the presentation and explanation of the contract documents, the program offered to franchisees and a preliminary description of the territory covered by the franchisee.
Visit the places of business of potential customers as needed.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree in business
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 to 7 years in sales , particularly in franchise sales
  Must be goal oriented, confident and motivated.
Be willing to travel outside of Canada.
Driver's license and passport needed
Strong sense of responsibility and commitment needed
Iinterpersonal skills needed.
Strong abilities to take the initiative and excellent organizational skills.
Professionalism, demonstrates discretion
