Company Profile:

Our client sells loyalty programs companies who reward their clients and employees.You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive customer (channel partners/? suppliers) loyalty, and designing and implementing programs. This is a pure hunting role that will be well compensated.

Functions:

Consult with decision makers about growing and developing their loyalty programs
Meet with new and existing corporate clients on a regular basis to maintain and further and enhance commercial growth objectives and relationships
Meet monthly and annual sale quota by selling the loyalty program to customers
Successfully negotiate contracts in accordance with corporate objectives
Ensure customer satisfaction and work closely and directly with all internal departments
Update and maintain accurate data reporting within required timelines
Participate in team meetings and conference calls and ensures the company is represented in a professional manner at all times
Consult with clients on their business needs and recommend appropriate loyalty strategic solutions

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum of 5 years of previous professional sales experience
  Strong negotiating skills
Strong research and problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organizational and analytical skills

2nd and 3rd year compensation can go to $125k and $180k respectively
