Our client specializes in the Montreal office coffee market. They have grown considerably over the course of the last few years to be a dominating factor in their market. They are constantly expanding and growing and adding new products and services. This forward thinking company offers products which are recyclable, sustainable and compostable. They are looking to add a New Business Development Representative who will target companies and professional firms that offer free coffee to their people and have more than 50 employees.

Functions:

Reporting to President:
Development of new business accounts.
Expand sales revenue as well as drive new market share by growing current accounts.
Meeting and exceeding targets.
Monthly objectives include 200 new users per month (approximately 4 new accounts with around 50 employees).

Job Requirements:

Academic Minimum College degree, Bachelor's degree would be an asset, ideally in administration, commerce or marketing field.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken).
Experience Minimum of 5 to 10 years business to business (B2B) sales.
Experience selling office supplies would be an asset.
  Highly enthusiastic and energetic disposition.
A positive, friendly manner and customer service approach that will enable the successful candidate to deal with challenging situations.
Autonomous, must need minimal supervision.
