Our client is a rapidly growing Montreal based company looking for someone to grow and nuture their sales and marketing team. The Vice President of Sales & Marketing shall report to the President & CEO and will lead all revenues and sales operations. You have experience building and leading sales teams, you are a roll up the sleeves kind of person and you care and are committed to the cause.

Functions:

Build sales team to achieve corporate revenue and profitability targets
Develop revenue and expense budgets, resourcing and coaching staff for best results
Oversee marketing communications
Define and manage strategic plan for continued, rapid growth. Strategize and execute on plans for the sales organization’s development
Develop and refine repeatable sales process, reporting and forecasting sales pipeline activity
Prepare and oversee the development of client proposals, presentations and product demonstrations
Leverage an established network and pipeline utilizing on line CRM tracking application

Job Requirements:

Academic University degree (Business Administration or Marketing)
Languages Fluent English (oral and written) with French a definite asset
Experience 15 or more years in enterprise software sales with at least 5 years or more in a senior sales management capacity.
  You know how to build a sales team, measure their success and coach and mentor
