Functions:

Business Development:
Develop and manage the distribution portfolio resulting in new accounts, expansion of existing retailers and new channel development.
Manage product portfolio sold by retailers resulting in full line retailer, new product introductions, product/line re-launches, margin management and product mix.
Assess individual territory and create an annual business plan.
Retailer Development:
Grow retailer alignment through delivery of value proposition by providing ongoing assessment of needs including but not limited to monitoring project timelines, prioritizing retailer remediation, collaboration with manager, auditing, analyzing and assuring maintenance of programs.
Aligns retailers by managing activities that support Company initiatives and further the brand positioning within the territory
Develop annual business plans in conjunction with individual retailers.
Relationship Management:
Responsible for managing positive customer/end user relationships by addressing complaints, providing customer contacts, and facilitating retailer relationships with the Market Development Team .
Aligns retailers by directing activities that support Company Initiatives and further the brand positioning within the territory.
Implementation of the Retailer Value Proposition to retailers and end users while securing sales and profitable growth.

Job Requirements:

Academic * Bachelor degree is a mus. * Business Administration Degree would be beneficial. * Paint industry experience an asset.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken).
Experience Minimum of 2 to 5 years B2B selling experience with strong relationship building as well as hunting skills.
Ideally sales experience in industrial products with franchisees.
  Computer literate.
Entrepreneurial leadership.
