Company Profile:

Our client provides highly trained IT resources to some of Quebec's largest organizations. They provide temporary and long-term contract IT positions and with a specialization in project management. Our client is looking for a Business Development Representative who has developed long term, lasting relationships with their clients, knows how to approach IT management and has a keen understanding of the domain.

Functions:

Prospection and qualification of commercial prospects.
Ensure regular and frequent follow up with clients in an effort to upsell.
Prepare and execute sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelor's degree would be an asset.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken) will be an asset, but not mandatory.
Experience Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience selling professional services.
Experience selling IT professional services.
Experience selling intangible services in the placement of IT professionals is mandatory.

N.B. Sales quota is 1,5M$ and commissions are 4% of the sales (this is approximately 20-25 resources per year).
