Our client is the provider of medical services and leading provider of independent medical evaluations and services for a variety of industries . This role is to develop business within Quebec. You must be able to sell to HR Directors and senior executives within the largest organizations. You will have the responsibility to pursue senior decision makers and close business. In addition, the BDM will work to build relationships with key partners. You will be a self-motivated “go-getter” who possesses enthusiasm, energy, and influence.

Functions:

Work within a team environment, you will use your initiative, drive, and business acumen to promote and develop new business and grow the existing customer base as per the regional plan
Develop regional growth, including development of existing clients and generating of new clients
Communicate with clients to identify customer service standard variances and feedback, and coordinate resolution of variances within the team
Communicate with the branch and regional managers as part of coordinating and executing the regional sales plan
Achieve or exceed sales quota objectives.
Monitor the market place and competitive landscape (competitor offerings, strategies, plans) in order to effectively differentiate our company and to identify emerging business opportunities.
Communicate with the Senior Vice-President Sales to ensure approved regional sales plan is properly implemented
Deploy targeted, unsolicited executive level sales strategies and tactics and develop solid business relationships with senior management and executives in client organizations.

Job Requirements:

Academic *A degree in business (or related discipline) or equivalent of experience and education
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5-10 years proven account management experience
  Can handle sales cycles of up to 12 months
Familiarity with health care, EAP programs or partnering with brokers would be an asset
Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Certified Sales Professional (CSP) designation an asset
