Job Description:

Profile: Our client is a recruitment firm specialized in both temporary and permanent placements. They are looking for a recruiter who will recruit the following positions; admins, customer service and data base entry clerks.

Territory: Montreal and surroundings

Work Place: Ville St-Laurent

Products/Services: Recruitment services

Salary: $30,000 to  $35,000

Commissions/Bonus: $16,000/year (paid monthly)

Car allowance: NA

Expenses reimbursement: NA

Responsible for the full recruitment cycle

Develop and maintain great relationships with your candidates

Develop and execute methods to attract great candidates via different   social media platforms

Leverage online platforms at your disposal

Manage all communications, planning and negotiation with your candidates

Manage both contractual and permanent candidates

Job Requirements:


Development vs Maintenance: NA

Road vs Office:NA

Languages: French and english (written and spoken)

Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience

Training: On the job training provided but must come from the industry

Overnight Travel: None

Years’ of experience: one to three years' experience in recruitment

Other requirements: Creative, quick on your feet and organized

Transferable contacts:NA

Transferable Knowledge: You are able to use social media, a CRM, perform interviews, post positions and network
