They are on the lookout for a representative with a proven track record to increase sales and market share within the Greater Area of Montreal both with existing and new clients. You are a results driven, self-starter with excellent phone and in-person communication skills. You also have a proven track record of success managing an external territory

Functions:

Actively promote sales, taking a personal and active role in account generation and support, - Commitment to learn and understand our products - Committed to thoroughly understand the technical nature of the job in order to solve customer problems - Expand existing business - increase revenue from existing accounts - Develop new business - generate new accounts through prospecting, selling and territory developmental - Develop and maintain a customer database
Generate and qualify leads - Source and develop client referrals - Prepare own sales action plans and schedules - Make sales calls to new and existing clients - Develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
Negotiate with clients to maintain consistently healthy margins and favorable terms while maintaining effective customer relations - Develop sales proposals / return on investment - Ability to promote our product line to potential new customers through effective negotiating and innovative selling techniques - Maintain sales activity records and reports
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person - Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships - Follow up on sales activity / sales prospects / budget - Participate in sales events - Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development - Able to work from home, except when needed to attend meetings

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience - Must have 3-5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in the specialty retail segment.
  Must be confident and demonstrate good business ethics - Excellent organization and negotiating skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Must be goal driven - Must have cold calling capabilities
