Our client is a distributor of medical equipment destined for hospitals and long-term care facilities. Our customer is looking for a sales coordinator that will be in charge of supporting all sales activities. The candidate will have to show his/her sense of initiative, will have to be a team player and also must have a business sense.

Functions:

Respond to RFP is the assigned timeframe -Support the President for all the sales related activities -Commercial analysis, rules & regulations
Understand the design specifications and put together a proposal based on such -Prepare detailed proposals with the General Manager while coordinating internal resources -Follow up on proposals with clients in an effort to advance the sales cycle and positively influence the proposals -Manage customer expectations and maximize customer service
Master the different stages of a contract (exchange, guarantee and installation -Master the general conditions of our contract, products and services -Calculate estimated price / products coming from the USA
Use our software with ease (Acomba and Microsoft Office)

Job Requirements:

Academic College degree in administration or equivalent experience needed
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in coordination / quotation / sales support
  Organized - Customer focused and engaged - Strong communication skills - Flexible and curious
