As an IT Solutions Recruiter for this important client, you will be responsible of hiring various IT professionals on the Montreal territory. Our client offers a very competitive salary (between 45k-55k base) + an extremely generous commissions structure. Plus other great benefits and compensations.


Responsible for entire recruiting life cycle from candidate presentation to offer acceptance - Coordinate all communication with candidates - Develop strategies to target and recruit the best candidates using a variety of tools and techniques - Maintain positive candidate relationships across multiple groups and levels;
Recruiting IT professionals on different types of mandates - Identification of potential candidates through resume screenings and phone interviews - Evaluates applicants qualifications - Interviews applicants in person on consistent set of qualifications - Completing job applicant background checks and other pre-employment procedures
Creating and maintaining a pool of candidates - Social media networking - Internet data mining and media channels - Staying in touch with job applicants - Being able to operate computers and software programs, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as use of the Internet and e-mail
Keeping updated on job knowledge; Being the communication link between the hiring company and the job applicant - Reads professional publications - Maintains personal networks - Must possess excellent verbal and written communication, time management, problem solving and organizational skills

Job Requirements:

Academic A completed university degree (asset), or equivalent work experience
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 3 years + of previous experience in IT Solutions Recruitment
  - Tenacity, creativity, initiative, and drive balanced with flexibility and adaptability. - Strong communication skills in English and in French, along with organizational, evaluation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to influence and build credibility and confidence at all levels. - Strong networking skills and able to develop and sustain close relationships. - Strong intuition and perception that allow you to accurately 'read' people: their motivations, personalities and abilities. - Great conversational and power of persuasion. - Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet.
