Our client is a manufacturer and distributor of lubrication and is looking for a new phase of growth with an aggressive expansion project. In order to assist us in achieving our goals, we are looking for a representative . You will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing customers in the territory that will be assigned in addition to developing new customers. You will be supported in your efforts by a proven marketing program. Our client provides training in consultative sales, regular feedback and professional coaching. The compensation plan includes a base salary and commission.

Functions:

Cold call potential customers -Input and update the CRM System on a daily basis.
Prospect into existing customer base in an effort to upsell and cross sell. -Develop excellent relationships with customers and prospects
Maintain and book the appointements -Analyze current distributor and end-customer needs and offer solutions
Achieve territory sales and profitability objectives -Follow up on customer orders

Job Requirements:

Academic College Degree or equivalent years of experience.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 5 years of outside sales and customer service -Being comfortable in a computerized environment experience in industry is mandatory.
  Experience with CRM would be an asset -Techical knowledge would be of help -Good understanding of customer needs -Ability to create interest on the part of the customer -Good communication -Interest in prospecting -Wish to be part of a winning team - Power and desire to be a significant contributor to the success and growth of the company -Ability to work with minimal supervision
