Functions:

Support Account Managers in the day to day selling functions.
Support with sales/relationship management efforts.
Support in the preparation of quotations.
Support the Account Managers with reports.
Acting as liaison between Account Managers and all other support staff.
Fulfilling customer requests as needed.
Support clients with problems.
Customer visits as needed.
Providing follow-up to active and new accounts.
Developing and maintaining excellent customer relations.
Promoting company’s products and services.
Selling as directed.
Verification of Account Manager’s open order status.
Participating as per company policy in 14 hours of training per year.

Job Requirements:

Academic Minimum education of a DEC.
Languages Good French, written & spoken. Functionnal English.
Experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
Experience of having worked as a Customer Service Representative is an asset.
