Our client is the trusted partner to many companies in the area of records management and information protection. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving new business from a group of 15 Enterprise Accounts. The territory is primarily Montreal but there are some accounts in Eastern Canada.

Functions:

Ability to assess and identify customers current and potential needs, determining appropriate company products and solutions. Ability to position the company's product offerings, highlighting area’s of strength and competitive advantages
Develop and implement strategies and business plans for managing large complex accounts in a multi solution environment
Responsible for Enterprise account planning and account development. Strategies should include all facets of account penetration including marketing, sales, account management, product, service and relationship.
Responsible for completion of the executive enterprise plan document for program accounts.
Utilize heavy prospecting in order to develop clients, which includes initiating new leads to call on a weekly basis and follow up on the leads
Set up appointments with customer base and assigned prospects to keep the ‘pipeline’ at levels appropriate for meeting assigned quotas.
Responsible for leading negotiation process and ensuring acceptable outcome from a pricing, profitability, liability, operational, and SLA perspective for accounts.
Responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and driving sales process to assist in scoping and pricing for special projects
Manage the sales activities of the assigned customer and assigned prospect base by partnering with the technical and operational sales support team to ensure that clients are receiving the appropriate level of technical training / sales support/operational support.

Job Requirements:

Academic Bachelors degree or equivalent.
Languages Bilingualism, both French & English (written & spoken)
Experience 10 to 15 years direct sales experience in a services based industry
  Skilled Negotiator (contracts, pricing)
Quota Driven
Candidate must have experience selling Business Process Outsourcing, Imaging, Hosting and/or Storage
Maintain both Sales and Account Management skill sets
Detail Oriented
